Frans de Waard is probably best known for being the founder and the only remaining original member of Netherlands-based group Kapotte Muziek. Some may know him only from Kapotte Muziek, but he has a rich body of work under such aliases as Freiband, Beequeen (with Freek Kinkelaar), and Modelbau. Modelbau is a live improvisational electronics project focusing on analog improvisational methods as opposed to the more stationary laptop work Frans may do these days. These pieces were recorded live and edited very quickly by Mr. de Waard specifically for this release. I really love these tracks, and I hope you will too.

Had i had the joy to experience this live i would have smiled from ear to ear too and if it wasn't for the ears the top bit would had fallen off because this is utterly wicked and right up my alley. Highly recommended if you're into the noisier side of music! Finn of Tomland
